Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Territory Account Manager for Water Supply & Disposal to cover Northern California. You will own your territory, selling Pentair brands (Sta-Rite, Myers, Berkeley) through distributors, dealers, and installers, with 50–60% travel to sites, events, and trainings.

You will develop relationships with local professionals, deliver technical presentations, support trainings, and drive revenue growth in water systems, disposal, and irrigation segments, while leveraging CRM to track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience with channel partners/distribution networks.
• CRM software experience.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Pentair business with distributors and end users.
• Execute dealer sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and provide trainings.
