Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of support and service drivers to meet customer expectations.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

A Day in the Life

The STAR team has an immediate opening for a full time Central Valley Sales Representative We're looking for a candidate that will help maintain an established customer base and develop new business. This position requires weekend hours during the season and is based on a 40-hour work week with overtime.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry and the products and services offered by STAR Sanitation & Site Services, LLC.
• Develop new customer base in Central Valley with focus on the Merced to Stockton territory
• Ensure that all incoming calls and inquires for estimates are responded to in and expedient manner
• Assist with managing marketing strategy to help drive brand exposure and increase revenue base
• Oversee a team of support and service drivers to ensure customers’ expectations are achieved
• Follow-up with existing customers to ensure all expectations are met.
• Be willing to travel to customer locations and job sites.
• Have excellent communication with customers via phone & email.
• Must be willing to work in an office setting and perform administrative tasks associated with other duties, such as accounts receivable tasks.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by management

QualificationsQualifications and Skills:

• Highly organized & detail orientated

• An understanding of our operational side of the business. (Training provided)
• This position will help with servicing portable toilets, cleaning, adding toilet paper, etc....
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media
• Proven time management
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• 3-5 years’ sales experience.

Compensation STAR Sanitation & Site Services, LLC offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision plans, 401K, and PTO. The starting pay rate is $35 - $37/hour (depending on experience) plus commission. You will also be provided with a company phone and laptop.
