Job summary

Formulated Solutions is seeking a Manager, Customer Accounts to serve as the primary liaison for key customers in Largo, FL. The role drives service levels, growth, and seamless product lifecycle management, collaborating across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to ensure top-tier delivery.

Responsibilities include leading business reviews, optimizing account performance, onboarding new products, and maintaining OTIF targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in customer account management or customer service leadership within CDMO/contract manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading customer-focused teams and processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build trust-based relationships.
• Lead customer business reviews and align forecasts, supply plans, and performance metrics.
• Drive actions to improve customer health and satisfaction; communicate changes clearly.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer business within the CDMO portfolio.
• Collaborate with commercial/technical teams to support growth initiatives and onboarding of new products.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to meet OTIF targets and align production schedules.
• Manage customer forecasts, purchase orders, and order fulfillment in the ERP system.
• Partner with Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and resolve accounts receivable issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and standard operating procedures for customer service.
• Coach and develop Relationship Management Specialists; host site visits and reviews.
