HHM Hotels in Tampa is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to lead business growth in our catering and events division. You will spearhead efforts to capture new corporate and social events, build strong client partnerships, and deliver high-impact experiences across the local market.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record in catering and banquet sales required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all catering sales for corporate and social markets.
• Solicit new business with prospecting calls and client visits.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, orally and in writing.
• Manage accounts ensuring solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
• Service accounts including BEOs and Group Resumes when necessary.
• Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients to obtain potential business.
• Provide an exceptional level of service and acquire high-quality catered products.
• Communicate clearly to staff in both verbal and written forms.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
