• Prepare proposals, banquet event orders, and contracts.
• Distribute communications on sales and catering to departments.
• Liaise between Sales/Catering Directors and other departments for events.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service.
• Schedule and confirm rooms and banquet space.
