• Participate in 30-60-90 day banquet forecasting.
• Coordinate in-house promotions and associate functions.
• Greet clients on arrival.
• Communicate catering details to management.
• Maintain professionalism in problem situations.
• Maintain detailed records of discussions with guests.
• Upsell to improve revenue generation.
• Be available during functions for client consultation.
• Preside at conference planning meetings and site reviews.
• Conduct exit interviews to solidify repeat business.
• Prepare the annual hotel budget.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve questions in a timely manner.
