Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to sell, plan, and oversee all events at the hotel. You will develop leads, service accounts, and close contracts for social catering.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting sales goals, coordinating event setup with the culinary and service teams, and representing the property at industry events. A background in hotel or conference center sales is required, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hotel or conference center sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, MICROS, PMS).
• Ability to coordinate weddings and receptions.

Responsibilities

• Sell social catering events and develop leads for assigned markets.
• Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO) with clients.
• Achieve sales goals and plan events booked.
• Coordinate event setup with Executive Chef, banquets, and conference services.
