Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and manage the sales and catering department. The role aims to meet booking goals and grow hotel revenues, while ensuring excellent service and team morale.

The position requires strategic leadership across departments, responsibility for budgets and SOPs, and strong experience with premium hotel brands and conference centers. An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Four Year College or University) preferred or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of Hotel Sales and competitive sets with proven success.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to forecast banquet and catering revenue accurately.
• Experience with premium hotel brands and conference centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales and marketing budget aligned with the hotel business plan.
• Lead sales process and coordinate leads; proactive sales efforts.
• Create and implement sales action plans and SOPs.
• supervise sales, catering and conference services staff.
• Negotiate group and company contracts per Crestline guidelines.
• Oversee RFPs and maximize market account production, measure ROI.
