Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a Catering & Sales Manager to support and grow sales opportunities for the hotel's rooms and conference center. You'll prospect and qualify accounts across corporate, convention, and SMERF segments, aiming to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Team to design targeted sales plans, coordinate events, and ensure top-quality guest experiences while driving revenue growth across hotel and event spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales and marketing experience; catering sales preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, advertising and photo software.
• Knowledge of catering software and hotel front desk POS systems.
• Strong written/verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive sales plan for hotel and conference center bookings.
• Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings with staff and GM.
• Greet guests and assist with client relations during events.
• Assist with contracts and booking details for groups needing space and rooms.
• Generate revenue and improve gross operating profit and service standards.
• Design and follow up on sales calls within designated market segments.
• Ensure banquet functions are set up accordingly.
