Job summary

Nobu Hotel Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Catering & Conference Services Manager to drive catering and group revenue while ensuring flawless planning and execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and events. You will manage the client experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up, delivering elevated guest experiences aligned with the Nobu brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year progressive catering, conference services, event management, banquet sales, or hotel sales experience.
• Luxury/hospitality experience preferred; Opera/Delphi or similar systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate catering, conference, group, and event revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and lead conversion.
• Identify, solicit, and develop new business across corporate, social, wedding, entertainment, and group segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, event spaces, and guest room blocks; manage logistics and staffing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and client presentations; negotiate pricing within hotel guidelines.
• Conduct post-event follow-up to secure repeat business and maximize profitability.
