Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Engineering or Facilities experience in upscale hotel environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and life safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of the hotel's physical plant and building systems.
• Lead the Engineering team, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and energy-conservation initiatives.
