Job summary

Nobu Hotel Atlanta seeks a Catering & Conference Services Manager to drive catering and group revenue while delivering elevated guest experiences. You will manage the client lifecycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up, coordinate meeting spaces, menus, and logistics, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires strong sales instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with hotel sales systems; prior experience in luxury hospitality and events

Qualifications

• Experience in catering sales, conference services, event management, banquet sales, hotel sales or F&B.
• Luxury hotel, resort or high-end hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with meetings, conferences, weddings and corporate events.
• Familiarity with hotel sales and catering systems (Opera, Delphi) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate catering and conference revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Serve as primary liaison from inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate event logistics, spaces, menus, decor, and AV with operational teams.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and client presentations; negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, pricing, deposits, and invoicing to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, F&B, Banquets, Front Office, and Sales.
