Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Rogers, AR seeks an Analyst, Category Strategy & Insights to leverage customer, syndicated, POS and shopper data to deliver routine reporting and in-depth analytics that translate into actionable recommendations on assortment, shelving, merchandising, pricing, and promotion.

The role integrates space analytics and retailer context to build category stories and roadmaps, supporting reset readiness and space productivity through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical capability with large datasets and defensible insights.
• Experience with retail POS, syndicated, and/or panel data and related analytics tools.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to create audience-appropriate storylines in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine reporting and ad hoc analyses using multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze shopper behavior and category dynamics, including purchase frequency, penetration, and cross-shop.
• Integrate data sources to develop a holistic view of category and shopper performance.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, customer-ready storytelling and insights using PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Develop recommendations on distribution, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions.
• Partner with customer teams and internal stakeholders to answer business questions and drive decisions.
• Contribute to team capability by sharing best practices and improving reporting frameworks.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
