Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated analytical capability with large datasets and clear insights.
• Experience with retail POS, syndicated or panel data; familiarity with Scintilla, Circana, Numerator, Power BI or similar.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell stories in PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine reporting and ad hoc analyses to identify category trends and opportunities.
• Analyze shopper behavior and category dynamics, including purchase frequency and penetration.
• Integrate multiple data sources to develop a holistic view of category performance.
• Translate analyses into clear customer-ready insights using PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Develop recommendations on distribution, assortment, shelving, pricing and promotion.
• Partner with customer teams and internal stakeholders to answer business questions.
• Contribute to team capability by improving reporting and insight frameworks.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
