Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance to support BU Sales routines.
• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
• Assist new product launches with forecasting and performance tracking.
• Develop category and brand strategies for pricing and merchandising.
• Leverage retail analytics to support sell stories and leadership insights.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for category teams.
• Communicate with field sales to drive initiatives and forecasts.
• Forecast seasonal products and in-store displays.
• Inform Field Sales about supply challenges and waste risks by category.
