Job summary

TEDA, Inc. seeks an accomplished executive to lead casino resort operations, driving profitability and guest satisfaction at a premier property.

This role oversees gaming, hotel, F&B, entertainment, and support functions, ensuring high service standards, financial discipline, and collaborative operations. The Executive will shape long-term strategy, manage multi-department teams, and represent the organization with regulators and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Experience in casino gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership promoting innovation, accountability, and guest service excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize profitability and long-term sustainability.
• Lead executive team to set measurable goals and performance standards.
• Oversee departments to ensure service quality, safety, efficiency, and accountability.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and analyses to TEDA Officers and governing bodies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IGRA, NIGC, and tribal/state agreements.
