Job summary

Taleo is seeking an Executive on Duty to act as a senior operational leader across casino, hotel, F&B, entertainment, security, and facilities. The role ensures guest satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding property-wide operations.

You will oversee staffing, service delivery, and incident response, coordinating with executives to maintain exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

At least ten years of resort-level guest service experience in a fast-paced, 4-Diamond or above resort environment is preferred.
Two years of experience in Gaming, Table Games, Hotel/Resort, or Food & Beverage preferred; multiple areas encouraged.
College degree preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience.
Must obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Board licensing and Alcohol Awareness Card.

Responsibilities

Provide property-wide leadership and oversight of casino, hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, facilities, security, and guest service operations.
Make timely operational decisions to support objectives, service standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
Serve as central point of contact for operational issues, escalations, emergencies, and guest concerns; communicate with executive leadership.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information about guests, team members, and operations.
Model GRAND service standards by delivering exceptional guest service and effective service recovery for guests and VIPs.
Conduct routine inspections of public areas, rooms, and departments to evaluate cleanliness, safety, and readiness; address deficiencies.
Coordinate with Security, Surveillance, Risk Management and leadership to handle incidents while complying with gaming regs and policies.
Monitor staffing and performance; provide coaching and direction to promote accountability and excellence.
Facilitate cross-department communication to support timely decision-making and event execution.
Review guest feedback and trends to identify recurring issues and drive improvement across operations.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism of property signage and guest-facing communications.
Prepare and distribute daily shift reports and complete required trainings and administrative tasks.
