Job summary

Fortune Bay Resort Casino is seeking a Director of Casino Operations to provide executive leadership across Slots, Table Games, Bingo, and Pull Tabs. You will supervise the Gaming Operations Manager and ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities include optimizing game mix, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring staffing and resources meet financial objectives. Strong knowledge of NIGC MICS and tribal compacts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in gaming operations, including leadership experience.
• Master's degree in business management or related field is preferred with 7+ years in gaming operations.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, including slots, table games, player tracking, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive direction for all gaming departments with emphasis on compliance and guest service.
• Supervise the Gaming Operations Manager and oversee Table Games, Bingo, and Pull Tabs.
• Review KPIs, staffing, game profitability, and overall operational effectiveness across gaming verticals.
• Oversee slot floor layout, game mix strategy, and machine performance.
• Ensure adherence to MICS, payouts, asset tracking, and documentation for slots and other games.
• Lead staffing, training, and readiness to support consistent service quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align promotions and player engagement with gaming operations.
