Job summary

NDM Hospitality Services seeks a Resort General Manager to lead all aspects of the resort’s operations, guest experiences, and financial performance. You will shape culture, mentor Department Heads, and drive growth across amenities, memberships, and services.

The role requires a proven hospitality executive with a track record of building high-performing teams, managing P&Ls, and engaging Owners, Members, Guests, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 5+ years in GM, Regional Operations Leader, Resort Manager, or similar executive role.
• Experience leading large-scale resort, RV resort, or mixed-use hospitality operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as visible ambassador of the Resort, upholding standards of excellence.
• Drive culture and engagement across all departments.
• Develop leadership teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Build owner and investor relationships and communicate performance.
