The role requires a proven hospitality executive with a track record of growth, engagement, and strategic leadership aligned with the Win From Within philosophy. The position reports to owners and leadership partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 5+ years serving as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience managing owner and investor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive leadership, culture development, and succession planning.
• Oversee all resort departments to align with strategic goals.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with Owners, Investors, Members, and partners.
• Drive guest experience excellence and asset value.
• Champion the Win From Within philosophy.
