Responsibilities

• Manage load postings and coordinate carrier communications.
• Provide tracking and escalation information to stakeholders.
• Negotiate transportation rates and secure capacity.
• Research market trends and seasonality for planning.
• Assist with onboarding new carriers and onboarding processes.
• Maintain carrier relationships and conduct reviews.
• Support claims process with required documentation.
• Utilize technology to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
