Responsibilities

• Develop carrier relationships to effectively support our customers.
• Send and receive rate confirmations.
• Provide rate feedback to Truckload Account Managers.
• Manage load postings and coordinate inbound/outbound calling to carriers.
• Send BOL and ETA to Truckload Account Managers.
• Cover all freight in assigned region and assist with overflow shipments.
• Conduct lane research daily and enter data into the MCL Tool.
• Utilize carrier analytics to make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with carrier accounts and conduct reviews.
• Resolve problems and implement solutions with a sense of urgency.
• Daily contact with carriers to determine availability and negotiate rates.
• Provide tracking and tracing information during the order lifecycle.
