• Sourcing new carrier partners

• Supporting Pricing team with rates for RFPs and quotes
• Making carrier routing decisions
• Contract negotiation and developing a routing guide
• Collaborating with Carrier Procurement to strengthen relationships
• Managing daily account success and resolving carrier issues
• Driving process improvements for carrier selection and customer experience
• Understanding market trends and seasonality
• Performing other duties as assigned
