Teledyne Imaging Sensors is seeking a highly organized Manager, Capture & Proposal Operations to lead proposal development, ROM requests, and capture activities. You will coordinate across engineering, finance, contracts, and operations to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality customer responses.

The role requires 7+ years in proposal/capture/program management, strong written communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 7+ years in proposal, capture, or program management.
• Experience supporting aerospace/defense, government, technology, or related industries is required.
• Strong written communication, editing, and quality review skills are essential.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal, capture support, and ROM activities across the organization.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines.
• Facilitate proposal kickoffs, status meetings, and executive reviews.
• Develop and maintain proposal governance processes, procedures, and approval workflows.
• Oversee quality assurance for proposals, ROMs, white papers, and customer-facing documents.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize resources across multiple opportunities.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and document repositories.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions, capture planning, and proposal execution strategies.
• Track risks, action items, and organizational capacity related to active pursuits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, metrics, and workflow automation opportunities.
