Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Strategic Proposal Support & Capture Manager to lead the full opportunity lifecycle—from identification through capture strategy and proposal submission—driving pursuit efforts across federal civilian and defense markets.

The role uses GovEagle for pipeline management and requires close collaboration with the Bid and Proposal team to shape win themes, resumes, and past performance narratives, while coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 Environments and PDF software.
• Familiarity with creating graphics in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of federal business development or capture management experience.
• Understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and how capture informs proposals.
• Experience maintaining a opportunity pipeline in CRM or GovEagle-like tools.
• Experience supporting RFP responses and resumes alignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in federal civilian and defense markets.
• Maintain pipeline in GovEagle and update pursuits from identification to award decision.
• Lead capture efforts, develop plans, price-to-win analysis, and gate materials.
• Support RFP responses, past performance narratives, and key personnel resumes.
• Coordinate with operations, contracts, pricing, and program staff; report progress.
