Job summary

Easy Dynamics Corporation is seeking a Capture Manager to own strategy, positioning, and competitive shaping of pursuits from qualification through award. The role blends capture leadership with hands-on proposal writing, including managing volumes, past performance, and win themes for federal opportunities.

You will coordinate with BD, pricing, and delivery teams, mentor writers, and adapt across pursuits in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal management within the federal contracting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and defend a win strategy, not just manage a schedule.
• Working proficiency in proposal writing, specifically Management Volume and Past Performance content;
• Comfort operating across the full pursuit lifecycle, from qualification through post-award transition.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with BD, Proposal Management, Solution Architects, Contracts, Pricing, and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capture Efforts from qualification through award, owning the pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate subcontractor and teaming partner engagement for the pursuit.
• Develop price-to-win in coordination with Pricing Lead and Executive Team.
• Lead customer intelligence gathering and pursuit question strategy.
• Draft Management Volume content and Past Performance narratives; support kickoff and reviews.
• Ensure strategy integrity across proposal development and reviews.
