Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Director of Capture to lead the capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission. You will guide teams, shape win strategies, and ensure compliant, competitive pursuits that drive revenue growth.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve win probability, manage client engagements with federal agencies, and position the firm for strategic opportunities across target markets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead capture lifecycle from identification to proposal submission.
• Strong business development experience across federal and commercial clients.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and AI-enabled tools.
