ADS, Inc. is seeking a Program Capture Manager in Virginia Beach to drive sales and company growth by building strong relationships with government customers and coordinating across the C5ISR team.

You will craft custom solutions and manage the acquisition lifecycle with a focus on compliance and timely delivery. The role requires 5–7 years in related program management, excellent communication skills, and experience with contract modifications, risk mitigation, and scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a related position.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial or USG program management.
• Humble self-starter with a drive to improve themselves and the team.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Host contract kick-off meetings and status reviews.
• Collaborate with contracts to process modifications and documentation.
• Analyze risk and implement mitigation to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR parts 12 and 15.
