VT Group (VTG) in Virginia Beach is seeking a Capture Manager to lead new business opportunities, collaborating with Business Development and Sales Managers, and to develop and implement capture plans across opportunities from qualification to proposal.

The role requires detailed DoD acquisition knowledge, experience with ID/IQ contracts, and strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. A related bachelor's degree is required, with a starting pay range discussed below.

Formación

• Detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes.
• Experience with service and product ID/IQ multiple award contracts.
• Ability to develop capture plans and win strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement capture strategies with Business Development and Sales teams.
• Create and manage capture plans (win themes, technical/management solutions, teaming, pricing, timelines).
• Coordinate with Proposal Managers and Business Development Managers to execute opportunities.
• Build internal/external relationships and cultivate customer/partner networks.
• Conduct internal/program/customer/competitor assessments (SWOT) to identify gaps and discriminators.
