Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking a Capture Manager to lead capture strategy and execution for new business in the FedCiv/Health portfolio. You will own each pursuit from qualification to contract award, shaping opportunities, implementing capture plans, and handing off to proposal and program teams.

You will collaborate with BD, operations, contracts, pricing, and subsidiaries to align pursuits with set-aside opportunities and maximize win potential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading capture for federal civilian and health opportunities.
• Ability to develop and implement capture plans, win themes and discriminators.
• Strong engagement with agency stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own capture portfolio strategy for Federal Civilian and Health markets.
• Drive capture decisions to contract award with integrated strategy on solution, pricing, teaming, and engagement.
• Develop and maintain capture plans, win themes, and discriminators; keep data current in GovDash.
• Lead opportunities from qualification through post-award activities; manage gate reviews and bid/no-bid processes.
• Prospect new customers and expand within the FedCiv/Health portfolio; assess strategies and set-aside eligibility.
• Build relationships with program, technical, and contracting stakeholders; shape requirements before RFP release.
• Identify capability gaps and lead teaming partner identification and agreements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop counter-strategies for incumbents and competitors.
• Guide pricing strategy and staffing plans; support proposal transition and executive reviews.
