This exempt role collaborates with BD, contracts, pricing, and operations, ensuring alignment with subsidiaries and set-aside eligibility to maximize win chances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five+ years in capture management, BD, proposals, or contracts for federal civilian/health customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own capture portfolio strategy for FedCivil/Health markets.
• Lead capture from decision to contract award with integrated plan and themes.
• Develop capture plans, win strategies, and discriminators; manage data and artifacts in GovDash.
• Report pursuit status, risks, and performance to senior management.
