Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal government acquisition types, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the capture strategy for approved pursuit efforts to increase win probability.
• Orchestrate bid strategy and oversee development of proposal volumes.
• Conduct market and competition analysis; assemble and manage capture and proposal teams.
• Collaborate with leadership, account executives, and other stakeholders to transition opportunities into active captures.
• Lead opportunity gate reviews, win themes, and discriminator workshops; communicate status and resource needs.
