Job summary

VSolvit is looking for a Capture Manager to lead capture planning and management focused on federal government contracts, particularly with the U.S. Navy.

This role involves assessing opportunities, developing a long-range pipeline, and collaborating with business development teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in complex capture efforts, as well as proficiency in AI tools to support high-quality proposal submissions.

Position requires an active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience leading large captures requiring complex technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of federal contracting opportunity assessment and capture requirements.
• Ability to successfully execute multiple, simultaneous capture efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for federal government clients.
• Gather customer intelligence including pain points and perceived differentiators.
• Develop and maintain an eighteen-month capture plan for VSolvit’s customers.
