Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Principal, Capture Management to lead our capture function across the sector. You will drive gate management, win strategy workshops, and competitive assessments to shape proposals and price-to-win strategies, mentoring new proposal managers along the way.

The role requires substantial aerospace/defense experience, strong analysis, and the ability to secure a US Secret clearance, with a focus on delivering winning, compliant solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years related experience, or 13 years with Graduate Degree; in lieu of a degree, 19 years experience.
• Extensive experience leading capture efforts to secure new business in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of capture processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic captures for the Sector and direct cross-functional teams.
• Conduct gate management, win strategy workshops, and competitive assessments.
• Oversee Capture certification programs and price-to-win activities.
• Develop win themes, discriminators, and executive-level storyboards.
• Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor new proposal managers and lead proposals through submittal.
