Job summary

The ideal candidate has deep technical familiarity with defense systems and a strong ability to bridge Engineering and Business Development, with occasional travel and eligibility for a US security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of prior experience, or graduate degree with 13 years.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
• Experience with defense systems preferred, including tactical radios and EO/IR sensing devices.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic alliances with key industry partners.
• Shape technology roadmaps to align with future customer needs.
• Work with Engineering to expand market share and capabilities.
• Create and maintain a framework to gate potential industry partnerships.
• Brief the Segment staff, including the Segment President, on potential new partnerships.
• Work with Strategy to outline partnerships as part of our strategic plans.
• Act as the Segment POC for industry partnerships that cross Sectors.
• Ability to travel 25%–50%.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
