Qualifications

• Experience with EVA, cost/schedule control, risk management and change control
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships
• Aviation/aerospace/defense sector experience with proposal development is preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, and budgets, ensuring alignment with RFPs
• Establish and monitor Integrated Program Plans and milestones; drive schedule adherence
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams and communicate with senior leadership and customers
• Provide primary customer contact for program activities and manage strategic growth opportunities
