Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a capture manager or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record in developing and growing business.
• Experience managing deals between $4M and $100M.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and pricing response on competitive service contracts.
• Lead efforts in developing capture strategy and coordinating with the proposal team.
• Manage capture and support proposal submissions.
