The ideal candidate has five+ years in capture or related fields, strong FAR knowledge, and experience using SAM.gov for opportunity research, with a hybrid work arrangement in Austin, TX and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum five years of capture management or related experience.
• FAR knowledge and federal contracting experience.
• Experience using SAM.gov to research contracting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture activities from qualification to proposal submission with win strategies and messaging.
• Develop capture plans, pursuit roadmaps, and bid/no-bid recommendations for pursuits.
• Identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies to strengthen proposals.
• Maintain capture documentation, opportunity records, and pursuit metrics for knowledge sharing.
