Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years in capture/proposal or related roles for federal work.
• Experience with Shipley or similar capture methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and teams.
• Understanding of FAR/DFAR processes and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, execution, and oversight of capture for $200M+ opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities with business development and technical teams.
• Shape proposals using Shipley methodologies for competitive, compliant bids.
• Develop capture strategies including win themes and teaming.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build winning proposals.
• Engage government customers and stakeholders to align on needs.
• Identify and manage prime and subcontractor relationships for teams.
• Collaborate with pricing to craft competitive, financially sound solutions.
• Maintain industry awareness of market trends in defense and intelligence.
