• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams on major captures.
• Experience pursuing or leading pursuits valued at $100M–$2B.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for capture and business development on large opportunities.
• Design and execute win strategies with competitive intelligence and teaming.
• Define shaping objectives and baseline requirements for programs.
• Craft customer messages to expand stakeholders and sustain momentum.
