Job summary

AAR is seeking a Director of Capture Management to lead capture efforts and develop strategies to win contracts supporting the DoD and other government entities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the defense industry, strong knowledge of capture and proposal management processes, and a master's degree or equivalent. This full-time position is based in Washington, DC and offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $215,000 with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related professional experience in defense or the defense industry.
• Knowledge of Shipley Capture and Proposal Management processes.
• Master's degree or fifteen years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs.
• Collaborate to develop cost-effective capture strategies.
• Ensure all capture activity complies with governmental laws and ethical standards.
