The Director of Capture Management leads capture efforts, oversees capture managers, conducts market analysis, and devises strategies to win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs. This leader collaborates with internal stakeholders, defense contractors, prime contractors, and OEMs to develop executable support and sustainment strategies that reduce life‑cycle costs for the customer while achieving reasonable profit for AAR.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility. The environmental characteristic for this position is an office setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional business environment.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 to $215,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates meeting the role’s requirements, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
