Job summary

Cydecor is seeking a Capture Director to lead capture strategy and execution for priority opportunities across the DoD/DoW, Intelligence Community, and national security market. The Director will lead qualified opportunities from capture initiation through proposal transition and award, developing strategies, competitive positioning, and teaming approaches necessary to win.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Government contracting experience, including capture leadership within DoD/DoW, IC, or national security market.
• Proven track record leading and winning complex federal captures.
• Experience developing capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, solutions, discriminators, and teaming strategies.
• Ability to work with senior government, industry, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience developing customer and competitive positioning before solicitation release.
• Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Shipley and/or Lohfeld capture methodologies.
• Interim or Active Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy and execution from qualification through award.
• Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, value propositions, discriminators, and win themes.
• Assess customer requirements, budgets, evaluation drivers, competitors, and incumbent positioning.
• Translate customer intelligence into actionable capture strategies with BD and Customer Engagement.
• Lead development of solutions aligning Cydecor capabilities with customer requirements.
• Develop teaming strategies and evaluate partners based on capabilities and relationships.
• Collaborate with Pricing/Finance, Contracts, and Operations on pricing and execution.
• Identify capture risks and bid/no-bid decisions for executive review.
• Ensure smooth handoff of capture elements to the proposal team.
