You will translate agency, incumbent, and competitor information into capture briefs and bid/no-bid inputs for the Director to act on. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can manage DoD, Federal Civilian, and National Security pursuits concurrently.

Qualifications

• Strong writing is mandatory.

• Sharp research skills to turn complex data into clear insight.
• Ability to work independently on multiple pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Research agencies, missions, budgets, and procurement history to map targets.
• Profile incumbents and competitors, including pricing posture.
• Write capture briefs that are concise and usable for pursuit decisions.
• Provide qualification inputs on fit, timing, and vehicle access.
• Pull leads from SAM.gov, GovWin, agency forecasts, and partners.
