Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through start-up, ensuring budgets, timelines, and operability targets are met. You will coordinate with operations, technology, and EPCOM, guiding cross-functional teams to success.

Relocation to Kingsport, TN is available for qualified candidates. The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and PMP/PE credentials; travel may be necessary to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in EPC or similar engineering/project management roles.
• Strong understanding of front-end loading (FEL) processes from definition to start-up.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety in capital projects and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of capital projects and studies to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resources across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Monitor progress with Project Controls, report deviations, and forecast future work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement project execution strategies and ensure contractor compliance.
• Develop annual capital plans and evaluate performance for continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet project objectives.
