Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Project Manager to drive capital projects from planning through start-up. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams to meet objectives.

The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience; PMP or PE is highly preferred. Relocation to Kingsport, TN is available for qualified candidates. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Solid understanding of the FEL front-end-loading capital process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of capital projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resources from concept to start-up across EPCOM.
• Collaborate with project controls to track progress and report deviations.
• Engage with stakeholders to implement project execution strategies.
• Develop annual capital plans and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet project objectives.
