Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors, located in New Johnsonville, TN, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from scope to closeout. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, PMP preferred, up to 10 years of experience in project management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PMP certification or strong PM experience is desirable.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and client relationships.
• Review submittals, drawings, and vendor documents for compliance.
• Process Change Notices and maintain budget discipline.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and dashboards.
