Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Florida is seeking a finance/analyst professional to provide ongoing analytical support for engineering projects and capital management. You will help manage accruals, forecast updates, and monthly spend comparisons using SAP and Project Online, ensuring alignment with internal controls.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics and strong communication skills, plus experience with SAP, Fieldglass, and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with at least 2 years in a business-analyst role.
• Or Associate’s/Technical College degree with at least 5 years in capital project management or related analyst role.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Solid internal controls knowledge and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP, Fieldglass, and Project Online preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to commute and be in-office during core hours (9a–4p).

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing analytical/finance support to engineers and Capital Managers.
• Assist annual Rack & Stack capital budgeting planning for next year.
• Prepare Project Intake requests and workflow approvals; manage SharePoint documents.
• Facilitate accruals, forecasting, and monthly variance analyses in SAP/Noveco.
• Maintain cost workbooks and project schedules in POL and SAP.
• Coordinate with procurement to close Purchase Orders and advise on closures.
