Job summary
The Mosaic Company in Fort Meade, FL seeks an analytically driven finance professional to support engineering project managers and the Site/Area Capital team. You will help with annual capital budgeting, accruals, forecasts, and cost reporting using SAP, SharePoint, and Project Online.
Ideal candidates hold a finance/economics degree with 2+ years of experience in capital projects or controls, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Understanding of general accounting and finance principles.
- Broad understanding of internal controls and their purpose.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical/finance support to engineering project managers and Capital Manager.
- Assist with annual Rack & Stack capital budgeting and workflow approvals.
- Prepare accruals, forecasts, and monthly variance analyses in SAP/POL.
- Maintain cost workbooks and project schedules in POL and SAP.
- Partner with procurement to close Purchase Orders and support project closeout reports.
