Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a finance/analyst professional to provide ongoing analytical support to engineering project managers and the Site/Area Capital Manager. You will handle ad-hoc reporting, assist with capital budgeting, and manage workflow submissions using PowerApps, SharePoint, and POL.

Ideal candidates will have a finance/ accounting background, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a team, with experience in SAP, NOVeco, and BI tools being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; at least 2 years in a business-analyst role.
• Or Associate’s/Technical College degree with at least 5 years in Capital Project Management/Controls/Administration.
• Understanding of general accounting and finance principles is essential.
• Broad understanding of internal controls and their purpose.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing analytical/finance support to engineering project managers and Site/Area Capital Manager.
• Facilitate annual Rack & Stack capital budgeting for next year.
• Prepare Project Intake requests and assist with commitment documents; manage SharePoint workflows.
